With the increase of porpulation , the societies need some people who have some professional knowledges and abilities to develop it . Resently,there are some opinion that
some people think higher the diploma ,bettter the works .The others think that the diploma is not in line with the abilities in reality.
As far as I am concerned,I think that knowledge and diploma are the same importances.On the one hand ,the societies need professional kowledges serve for it ,on the other hand ,it also needs the diploma.
