We can see that less and less people on the stree when we get up early.
Where they go?Maybe those people are just still sleeping.Nowadays people is too tired.
In out country,people usually work more than they should do,so that they go home lately.However, people will not go to bed early. With 5 or 6 workdays in a week,people will take their eveny to play not just only play on weekends.As a result,people could not get up early while they had not go bed on time.
Early rising is good for our health and our daily.It makes us keep on sunny all the day to deal with the trouble working ,studing or some more.Let's go bed on time.Playing after working may make you feel good but you will become more tired,even feeling tired the next day. So why can't we have a good sleeping after working and then play enought on weekends?
