why more and more people can't Early rising,we can get that the reasons.firstly,more and more people place much emphasis upon working on night ,this can eventually distorted self-value on Early rising .sendondly,we are living in a word full of temptation,one of which is "getting up late",yet have posed overwhelming distraction for us to cultivate good habit of Early rising.Thirdly,amusing computer games that appeal especially to young people,round-clock TV shows,sparking wine etc.this kind of entertainment and goods have enoumously fasilitated and enrich our lives.
From what we have dicussed above,we can selfely come to the conclusion that it is common for us to get up lately.we people as a host should cultivate correct attitude towad Early rising,only in this way can we have a promising future.
