Early Rising
According to I know ,less and less people early rising,specially our young people.Around me,my classmates , friends and I usually get up lately on weekend or their rest time.
I think there are two reasons cause this phenomenon.Firstly ,With society develop quickly ,the work or study pressure is increasing.People want to more time to relaxe.Secondly,we work,study and have entertainment in the evening,so we have to get up lately.
In my opinion,we should decline our pressure,our relassit pressure ,do some relaxed things.go to bed early.
