Now more and more people are ont get up early,beause they think tired in theri dailylife.
So they though they should catch the time to sleep longer.
The weekdays people should go to work early everyday,at weekend they think they cond
have a lest,so they go to bed very late at the night and get up late in the moring.To my
appiont i think we should get up early,beause it is good for our heath,we should go to bed
early and get up early,also do some sports in the moring
