Early Rising
Are you get up late everday in the morning? it seem to get up early less and less . because we aren't get up when we play computer games or play the tellphone every last night, then we still want to stay in bed. everyone play the tellphone with stay in bed late last night, always play the phone in 12o' clock and later ,too sleep later will make dark eyes and effect our , it's bad for us.
First, we should sleep in 10o' clock every night, don't too much depend on the phone and the computer games ,although the phone is the importance for our daily life.Sencond, we can get up early , such as to do excitesing is good at healthy, or go outside with our friends.
Let's get up early from today!
