Early Rising
People usually read ,study and play compute every night when they are not early rising.The Yonger will go to the club drink and dance at weekend .they need't go to school,they will get up too later.
Parents must take care when they are grow up.You can also encourage your children to join the reading challenge ciub and discuss the books they are reading together. And at the weekend ,family will go to trip.When they are very tired ,they can go to sleep early.
