Nowadays,there are some words said that the higher diploma the better in society .However,some people thinks that the diploma can't stands for the actual strength.
As far as I'm concerned,I don't agree the higher diploma would be better.Though the company employs people would see the diploma first ,it doesn't really a matter ,at least not the most important .because the diploma only stands for your learning skill are pretty well.It can't show your more competity.So you must improve your actual strength .Not only will promote your competity,but also exercise your survivor ability .The diploma for employer,it just a paper.There are onlly one thing that the employer cares about is the employee's true ablility.Without having the true strength ,the company won't hire you.
