It's hot saying that "the higher diploma you get, the ,the greater life you have ."But someone are against this theory .They stand by their views"diploma is not equal to the practical ability."
From my point of view ,I think that the diploma is not equal to the ability.On the one hand ,gettig more diplomas is one of the access to pay way to success. In other word ,you can absorb more knowledge ,boarden your horizon .However ,someone who purse the diploma at the beginning are wrong .It is harmful for their creative thinking ,and their practical
abilities.Such as ,communication ability ,working ability and so on.On the other hand ,there are many university students finding job hard ,owning to the lack of abilities whinch the socirty needs.
In short ,I suggest that we get the diploma and develop our practical abilities at the same
time.Only in this way can we make the use of diploma and knoweldge.
