Knowledge and Diploma
Nowadays, there's a saying that the more advanced diploma you get,the more abilities you have.However, some people are against the idea, for they think one's actual ability is not totally equal to his or her diploma.
From my points of view,one's abilities consist of so many aspects, while the diploma just shows the academic performance,which means the diploma does not stand for one's actual ability. A person with a higher diploma may be just good at exams while a person with a worse one may has excellent abilities of socialing,speeching,etc.Meanwile,a person with worse diploma does not mean he or she is lack of knowledge, because he or she may be just not good at the area of the diploma.However, I still agree on the idea that getting a diploma as higher as possible,since it still stands for one's ability of academy and it is a neccesity to find a good job.
In a word,one's actual ability is not totally equal to his or her diploma,but getting a higher diploma is necessary.Therefore,we must strike for a higher diploma as possible as we can.At the same time, we must develop ourselves but not just academic performance.
