Nowadays,it's normally recognized that the higher diploma you get,the better you are.Higher diploma,it means that you have the much knowledge.But,actually,is it right?
Of course,when you get a mater's degree,it seems that you have much knowledge than others.But some people hold the view that diploma is not equal to one's ability.For example,compared with a normal worker,a master may not be able to make up a product in factory.But the worker can,as he has more time in action while the master in theory.
As for me,I think that diploma is just something to prove how much knowledge you have and how much level you are.What we actually need in society is the ability in action.It's diploma that have you get a job and it's your ability that get you promoted.
