Nowadays,it's a saying in the socirty that the more diploma you get, the more achievement you have. A good diploma means that you worked hard and did a good job in your study.What's more, you have more chances than others.
However, some people think that the diploma couldn't regard as the actural abilities. Because you spent more time on your schoolwork.You just focus on yourself.Lacking of communication with others and experiments in the social work.
In my opinion, i believe that the knowledge and diploma is important. The more you will learn, the more you will find your weakness. At school you will meet different teachers and classmates , each of them have their own points in a same question. You will find everyone is good at different thing . In this situations you found you need to communicative with them as well as learn from them.As soon as you learnt more, you could be more excellent .If you have strong study abilities, i sure that you have social ability . Abilities came from experiments. During our colleage school, we also have many opportunate to improve our abilities. Above all, knowledge and diploma is important. And at the same time, we need to keep on learning in order to improve our ablilities.
