Use of free time
Nowdays,people have more and more free time,such as time after work/class,holiday and weekend.But less people know how to use those to do more valued thing.People usually do not what to do in the free time.More people chose to sleep,play computer game or drinking in their free time.It make people more tired.
As far as I am consider,I think we can do more valued things.In our free time we can reed some book to extent our eyesight.We can do some exerices,such as play basketball, go running and go walking with our friends,It is benefit for our body.We can go a hiking.We can have a lunch in the nature.We can go to the park to see difference animals.We can make our free time full of happy.
As for me,I usually go to see a movie and play sport with my friend.It make my free time full of happy.Do you use you free time do more valued things?
