Early Rising
Nowadays,there are less and less people get up earliy in the morning.And what cause that?
Firstly,people always stay up because they have to complete their heavy work or homework so that they could not get up early in tne following day.Secondly,more and more people enjoy night life,a herd of people is called as evning cats.Thirdly,people usually start to work in 9 am which is different from previous days.Last but not the least,modern society do not need people have to work in the early morning,not only there are convenient traffic tools help us quickly go to work but also ther are high -tech equipments help us solve detail and difficult problems.
In my prospect,though early rising is hard for us to insist,we should form a good habit for a heathy and regular life. On the other hand,get up earlier and we will have more time to do what we like and want.try to set a early time knocking and begin to welcome a bright day.
