In actually,many people all not to knowe how to plan the free time.Mose of humans cost the time in play computer game.For example,xbox,PSP2.Awlays a hole day is gone.It's very unworthy.Another,sleep is a big problem too.play at night,sleep in daylight.
It is very importtent to free time.In the modern social,the internent addart humans lots of time,so ,we can use the free time to reading.The reading is real reading.Use the book to reading without phone,internent.in addition,the body healthy is social basis.The free time can slow running,swinning,play ball game.we will full of energy after doing this sports.Finally,We should have one and two hobit,the singing,dancing,the pet and so on.Free time can very good and don't lasty.
I love the slow running at the night now.Every night I can run 2KM.After running ,the sleep quality is high and deep.I will keep on the hobit at my free time.
