Early Rising
Nowadys , people who early rising more and more less. The reason of case this phnomenno have three keys :
Firstly , our country is developing , people more and more rich . so we are changed lazy .we are not to early rising to hard working . Secondly , people always ignore execise ,they prefers watching TV , playing computer , they do not like to early rising to execise . Finally , people's life is lately , they like go to bed late , so they don't get up early.
Howere , get up late is not good . we will too tired all day . so ,we should recude some time of watching TV or play computer , we should go to bed early , if you can't do it when start ,you can drink some milk and don't think anying . A word , we should have habit of early rising .
