Nowadays, many teenagers are addicted to the computer games.
As far as I am concerned, it is not health for the teenagers to addict to the comperter games, especially for their metally health and pyhsically health. And there are some suggestions to help theim to keep away from computer games. Frist of all, teenagers can do pyhsical exercises to keep away from it. It not only improve their social abilities, but also make their body stronger. Secondly, teenagers could read some books which involved in Math, history and so on. It will borden their horizon and make their acknowlegde richer than other people.
To be frankly, there are lots of way can keep teenagers away from the computer games. And pyhsical exercises are the best way to keep away from the computer games.
