I think there are many ways to sovle the problem. First, we should find some volunteers to stop people play phone in the stress. Second, we can make some laws about it to sould the problem. Third, we can tell people how danger it is when they play phone in the stress on TV show .
I believe if we do that we can sovle the problem soon.
