With the development of society.Today,we have to discuss a problem----early rising people are very less.
The reason of this problem ,I believe that different people have different opinions.First,the process of work make people feel tried and unhappy.So some workers do not like early rising.Second,the evening life is colorful,people usually like to drink or dance.Finally,some people like surfing the Internet or playing the iphone in every evening.
About this problem,I think we should do some health practices,for example,swimming or playing basketball.We should have a good habit and early rising.
