Here are some suggestions on how to solve this problem.First,it is a best way for us to controll ourself not to play the phone when we crossing the street.Second,it must be a effective if the goverment could take some messures with punishment and rewards.And then,nowaday the Internet play an implant part in our daily,we could use the Internet to appael to people not to crossing the street while playing with the phone.Finally,it is meaningful for school to hold a lecture for students about not to crossing the street while playing with the phone.
