Early Rising
Nowaday, more and more persons are wake up too late in the moning.Some people even will rising in the afternoon during the weekend.
What cause this phenonmenon are about three factors.Firstly,people too late to sleep in the evening that their have not enough time to rest. Secondly,yongman alway play the computer games in the evening,so their spend too much sprint in the game,what'more some of them spend all the night to play.So they can't wake up early.Thirdly, some people have work hard in the company,their feel so tired after work.So theie have to spend more time to sleep to come up.
In my opinions,people should sleep early,and no play the another games before sleep that can help people sleep more time and have a good quality sleep,So we can wake up early.
