Nowadays,it's universarlly that people just pay attention to their mobile phone when they cross the street.This phenonmenon has arised the public's attention.
Convenient though the phone is, crossing the street while we play with the phone which has great damage protenially. For one thing,we can't notice situation on the street as soon as possible. It will cause the traffic accident if we merely care about the phone on our hand rather than the vehicle on the street. For anthor, our individual action have an impact on the traffic rules.People and the driver should respect mutually.However,we just play wih our phone but don't look at the traffic signs. It is easliy for us to break the rules and to make the accident come.
From where I stand,it's high time that the governer took the proper measures.They are supposed to advocate people don't play with the phone when thety cross the street. In the meanwhile,they should promote the law to resist people playing the phone on the road. In addition,we should strengthen their awareness to protect their individual safety from danger. Actually, the more situation we observe on the street ,the little danger we meet.
