It's very dangerous to do this.Because the traffic is so heavy that people who plays phone sometimes will cause traffic jam.Even worse,it will lead to traffic accident.On the other hand,with more people act like this,the less traffic rules are observed.Then,people may get familliar to break traffic rules.It really do harm to the safety in city.
In my opinion,we should take action as soon as possible.First the gorvernment can arouse people not to play with the phone while crossing the street.If someone do this and cause traffic accident,he should pay a part of the duty.The newspaper can also report more news about the accident caused by using phone or the risk of crossing the street uncarefully.
I hope our country will become safer to citizens,and all of us can live here happily.
