In the recent year, the public holds the belief that there is the higher diplomas, there is the more promising furture.
But some people suppose that diplomas cannot represent the candidates' real careers and skills. They believe that some people who have higher degrees may have poor interpersonal communication skill and promble-solving skill so that they cannot interact with all kinds of person and build a sound social network while those who haven't gained higher degrees may not suffer from this kind of promble.
However, I strongly agree with the opposite viewpoint. For one thing, I trust that the higher diplomas are the passports to the better job and the promising life and it also can give the graduates an upper hand in the job promotion and the higher salary. For another thing, those who have higher degrees and wider knowledges will meet more requirements for their boss and help their boss dealt with all sorts of affairs in their daily workplace in a better manner.
