Nowadays, there is a commonly viewing of that higher diploma brings better living standard.The reason contributes to this saying is that most people believe one's diploma reflects his personal abilities.
Althougt the saying are agreed with majority of people, some people hold the other opinion.They think one's ability is not only depend on his diploma, bue also is effected by your personal working experiencesas well as your personal character.
As far as i am concerned, i think diploma is just the instrurtment that you apply for the company's position. Personal ability is the major reason whether you can stay and keep going.
