1.  For the listening comprehension exercises, students will be required to listen to a dialogue or something else about how the foreigners feel about Chinese food or the process of cooking a Chinese dish etc.

2.  Students will then need to grasp the main ideas and write them down or to use the information they have heard to fill in blanks or charts.
