1.  These are corporate members and non-corporate membership.

2.  The council may admit as a life member any corporate member who, in the opinion of the Council, has performed outstanding services to the Association.

3.  Membership of the council is open only to corporate members of the Association.

4.  Only corporate members may participate in elections, either as candidate, proposer, seconder or voter.

5.  Corporate members may only participate in elections of that branch to which they are attached.

6.  Any corporate member of a branch may nominate a candidate.

7.  The vacancies may be filled by any corporate member of the Association regardless of location.

8.  Our corporate members are ready but they very much need your help.

10.  Corporate members were admitted to the Stock Exchange.
