31.  Prince Ranariddh credited the world community but said the sucessful election would not have been possible if the Cambodian people had not been overwhelmingly behind the idea.

32.  Second Prime Minister Hun Sen also appealed to his fellow CPP members to remain quiet on the issue saying the Cambodian people were not interested in political bickering.
