21.  Ministers agreed to set up a permanent planning group comprised of military experts and to reinforce intelligence exchanges.

22.  The license has been bought by a consortium headed by prominent West Australian real estate agent Bill Woolley and a partner in a financial planning group, Julian Wright.

23.  The planning group is urging farmers to line dirt canals with cement, and bury open piping underground to reduce spills and seepage.

24.  On Thursday the ministers will meet as the NATO nuclear planning group to hear a report on the status of US nuclear forces.
