11.  In the remaining two patients the ultrastructural changes in the muscle coats were inconclusive in one case and the histological material was inadequate for diagnosis in the other case.

12.  In the other eight cases endoscopy showed only lesions of a benign nature.

13.  However, the plaintiff friendly approach in Hughes can be contrasted with the approach in the next two cases.
