11.  We felt that although the authorities were doing their best under the circumstances, the problem still persists and people are still struggling to obtain water.

12.  In some areas people are still obtaining water from artesian wells, and transporting it by donkey.

13.  Meanwhile, crowds of people, young and old, armed with buckets and bowls trudge to wells and other natural sources to obtain water.
