11.  The family of twin sisters killed in a barn fire have decided not to pursue a civil case against the three men acquitted of their manslaughter.

12.  Among the witnesses are two women convicted of perjury for making false statements about sex in civil cases.

13.  An appeals court later exonerated the doctors, but in a separate civil case, a jury found that the doctors involved were negligent.

14.  An administrative law judge on Tuesday found him guilty of false record-keeping in a civil case brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
