96.  It will continue to move northwest through tonight, entering southeastern Caribbean waters late tonight or early Wednesday morning.

97.  Low level winds are expected to return to southeast tonight which will transport showers from the Caribbean waters northwest across the Virgin Islands and south and southeastern Puerto Rico.

98.  Marine conditions have begun to deteriorate this morning across the Atlantic waters and the Caribbean waters open to the Anegada passage.

99.  Mariners across the Mona Passage and local Caribbean waters are urged to keep an eye to the west for approaching thunderstorms.
