1.  We all know language learning need to accumulate, so does English study.

2.  Most people know that we must adhere to exercise to stay in shape, knowing the same need to keep a clear mind to exercise.

3.  Thirdly, policy maker should know the need of people if they desire to make the policy that is beneficial to people.

4.  But if people can't question the authority, how can the government know the need of people?

5.  Since the public live their lives in the social system, they know the system need to be adjusted or not.
