1.  The Croatian presidential spokesman, while not conceding that abuses had taken place, expressed disappointment that the Serbs were now fleeing the area.

2.  A Croatian presidential spokesman in Zagreb said that Carter would arrive for talks with President Franjo Tujdman around midday.

3.  Croatian presidential spokesman Tihomir Vinkovic told AFP that Justice Minister Miroslav Separovic would work on the interpretation of the amnesty law on Monday.

4.  Meanwhile the Croatian spokesman Tolj said Serbs were ordered to attack the Bihac enclave from the air.
