1.  The tribes were forbidden to use any compensatory money they received to hire attorneys.

2.  Most states supplement this with extra compensatory money.

3.  Two were filed by the divorced parents of Goldman and included so-called wrongful-death claims, designed to gain compensatory money.

4.  Any compensatory money will go to the Goldmans, who filed the wrongful death suit.
