64.  Patches of rain and drizzle will then develop near a stalled front from eastern New Mexico to the Gulf Coast.

65.  Overcast skies and scattered sprinkles will persist near a stalled front in South Texas.

66.  Overcast skies, showers and thunderstorms will surround a stalled front from the central Gulf of Mexico coast to South Carolina.
