1.   Each voucher pays for a room with private bath or shower, continental breakfast, hotel service charges and taxes.

2.   After the trainee and a job counselor decide on a program, the trainee will get a voucher to pay for it.

3.   He advocates a test of school vouchers paid for by closing corporate subsidies.

4.   He favors a GI Bill for workers that would allow them to get federal vouchers to pay for training at the community college of their choice.

5.   The vouchers would pay for private tuition or tutoring.
