1.   Contraindications to exercise training include unstable angina pectoris, ventricular arrhythmias, and severe aortic stenosis.

2.   It has also been suggested that complex ventricular arrhythmias carry a worse prognosis in patients with non Q wave infarcts.

3.   EADs may be responsible for the prolonged repolarisation and the associated ventricular arrhythmias in both syndromes.
