1. Amy Slinsky of Angela Mia transfers cakes from the bakery and sets them up at the wedding site. 2. Carefully transfer cake, streusel-side up, onto a serving plate. 3. Just before serving, transfer cake to serving plate. 4. Slip a long heavy spatula under cake and transfer cake to a flat surface. 5. Transfer cake to a platter seam side down, and brush with remaining syrup. 6. Transfer cake to rack. 7. Transfer the cakes to a baking sheet. 8. Transfer cake to rack, and allow to cool before removing sides of pan. 9. Transfer potato cake to smoker. 10. Transfer the cake to a rack, and cool. |
