1.   Draw the outline lightly with a soft pencil.

2.   This can be rubbed out later.

3.   Here I have used a soft pencil to describe the birds after tracing them out.

4.   I always use a soft pencil as it glides over the page.

5.   Then transfer your measurements to the face of the card using a soft pencil.
