1. In the Butter Lettuce Salad, wisps of red onion, thinly sliced almonds and finely crumbled Gorgonzola will float atop the feathery lettuce. 2. Sprinkle with toasted sliced almonds and shaved chocolate, if desired. 3. Sprinkle a few sliced almonds on top of each mound and serve. 4. Sprinkle tarts with half the sliced almonds. 5.
