1.   But the Israeli leader will go to Washington with two security hawks, Foreign Minister Ariel Sharon and Trade Minister Natan Sharansky.

2.   On one side are security hawks urging aggressive use of technologies that may encroach on individual privacy.

3.   The Palestinians need to lay down a credible peace offer that would attract the Labor Party, the Likud security hawks and at least some of the ideological hawks.

4.   Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and other security hawks believe that with Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat on the defensive, Israel has a unique opportunity to press its military advantage.
