1.   The defendant had produced a program called Oscar, a job scheduling program for controlling the order in which tasks are carried out by a computer.

2.   A scheduling program created for a hand-held electronic organizer, for instance, might be easily translated to a version used on a smart cell phone with a screen.

3.   It also works with its own scheduling software, or can be configured to work with scheduling programs such as Microsoft Outlook or ACT!

4.   It moves information quickly and seamlessly from its memory into scheduling programs used by desktop computers.

5.   Spectacolor engineers use a PC scheduling program to designate content for particular times of day, some of which is prerecorded tape, the rest being live feeds.

6.   The school also paid me for writing the scheduling program, so one of my first profitable ventures into computing involved Cobol.
