1.   We plastered and sanded the walls before painting them.

2.   The painters sanded the walls, then primed and repainted them, but now the walls are peeling again.

3.   Then sand the wall.

4.   The walls must be sanded to bare wood or the finish removed with chemical paint remover, then sanded.
