1.   For this purpose the employer must show that he had a good reason for sacking the employee.

2.   It would be fair to sack the employee as incompetent or for being dishonest.

3.   The Brooklyn Museum sacked employees, cancelled exhibitions, and closed one extra day a week.

4.   The tribunal has to consider whether the employer acted reasonably in Deciding to sack the employee.

5.   Barclays Bank said it was not sacking employees yet.

6.   Some-times, the solution will have to be harsh, like sacking an employee, and sometimes it can be settled amicably between the parties concerned.

7.   In particular, the draft law would give company directors rights to sack employees which the latter consider excessive.
