1.   Construction will be ongoing on Archdale Road in Roslindale, where a rising water table caused the road to buckle over the weekend, city officials said.

2.   Highways and bridges were underwater in the southwest, and mudslides and overflowing rivers had destroyed crops and caused roads to buckle.

3.   Roads buckled and buildings cracked in Puerto Barrios, said Lt. Col. Jeff Keane, a U.S. soldier from Massachusetts based at Soto Cano Air Base in Honduras.

4.   Roads buckled, chunks of land rose up to create new hills and a bridge was left dangling in the air.
