1. Rinse chicken and fish bones and proceed. 2. Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. 3. Rinse chicken with cold water, pat dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 4. Rinse chicken with cool water and pat dry with paper towels. 5. Rinse chicken with water and pat dry with paper towels. 6. Rinse the chicken and pat dry. 7. Rinse the chicken, inside and out, under cold running water and then drain and blot dry, inside and out, with paper towels. 8. Rinse chicken under cold running water. 9. Rinse chicken and pat dry. 10. Rinse chicken inside and out leaving chicken moist as this allows seasoning to adhere to skin. |
