1.   Bentsen has thus left a void that the Republicans intend to fill, unfortunately, with tax policies to reward the rich and punish the poor.

2.   Democrats insisted that this would reward the rich at the expense of everyone else.

3.   In perhaps no other country are the rich so rewarded for charitable giving as they are in America.

4.   To even the field then, the government rewards the rich with investment incentives in order to stimulate economic growth that eventually benefits less affluent sectors of the population.
