1.   The landowner, in many cases, was principally interested in his rental income.

2.   A spokesman for City Sites said that it did not envisage that the sale would lead to a reduction in rental income over the year.

3.   He added that rental income was sufficient to cover interest payments.

4.   And he said he earned rental income from some of the properties, which helped pay his mortgages.

5.   And any rental income will add to taxable income, although some offsetting deductions may be permitted.
